For this Agreement:

Delivery, Shipping & Charges
We aim to deliver orders within estimated timelines but do not guarantee delivery times in all cases. Shipping charges and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Indemnification

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and TenTen.

Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights. Invalid provisions will not affect the remaining Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Pune, under applicable laws.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
