These terms and conditions govern Reset Foods Private Limited’s (“TenTen”) Shipping, Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy.

By placing an order with TenTen, the Customer (“You”/“User”) agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation & Return Eligibility

Returns and refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products
