How Our Delivery Works

Once you place an order, your products are carefully inspected and packed. Our trusted delivery partners then work to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If they face any issues reaching you, they will contact you directly to resolve them.

Delivery Charges

Some products or services may include delivery charges, which will be clearly communicated during the order process.

Where We Ship

We ship selected products across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Why Can't We Ship to Some Areas?

We are continuously expanding our reach, but delivery depends on:

• Serviceability of your location by our delivery partners

• Legal restrictions on certain products

• Availability of reliable courier services in your area

Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries typically take 2–5 business days. In major cities, orders may arrive sooner, while in remote areas, they can take up to 7 business days.

Changing Delivery Address

Before Dispatch: Please contact our customer support team at hello@tentenindia.com as soon as possible to request changes.

After Dispatch: Address changes are not possible. If delivery fails, the order will be returned to us.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages from different warehouses.

However, you will only be charged a single shipping fee.

Holding Deliveries

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us for changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be held.

Hidden Charges
